The container and the energy.
The container: The body shape, size, look etc
The energy: That which moves the container or that moves through the container.
Is it the leaf blowing in the wind that kindles your flame or is it the actual wind and the gesture of its moving?

The container:
We have 2 main containers. One is the physical body and the other is the bubble of perception.
We have 1 overall energy: Our glow of awareness is our energy, once extinguished our energy is no more.

A point of personal observation
As soon as I start to drink alcohol my energy begins to leak as if a crack has split on the container of my energy. It is fun - but my ability to control becomes less. In recognising this, I become aware that my energy has a greater capacity to leak into areas of my life around me at these times.

A conclusion taken from my personal observation
That is because alcohol creates a crack in the container on the right side. The crack is damage, it splits through the liver and the energy leak even goes through our blood and into our flow. Because the right side obtains a temporal crack, the fixation on the right side of awareness is loosened by the impact.

Witnessing our own behavior
Behavior is a topic that many don't wish to look into. The mention of the word alone brings us reminders of our parents asking us to 'behave' according to their set of beliefs about what we should be doing, or at least how we should be doing it.
I don't wish to take it from that stance though.
In becoming witnesses to our own behavior we create a scope in our vision to admit to ourselves what we actually commit ourselves into. So this is no longer looking at the view from what a parent expects us to do, but more just becoming witnesses to our own behaviors. In doing so, we should try not to tell ourselves off about things. Simply observe without the judgement.

Suffering
Human suffering exists at large and my own personal view is that it exists simply because we as humans do not look at our own behavior, but instead are always focusing on the behaviors of others and concluding, 'that is wrong'. That creates a distraction. If we don't become witnesses to our own behavior then we will never know why our energy leaks into other peoples so easily and why theirs can so freely come into ours.
Human suffering comes because our container splits, our energy leaks and we damage our own being. Much of the time we are simply locked into a doing of bullying ourselves.

The blade of comparison
Through our minds we go through a reducing and self-suffering process of dividing or lessening ourselves or other. This is like a blade and it is through our habit to continually measure and compare. We compare shape, size, colour, status and every possible thing in relation to other humans. This creates a mental imbalance of lesser or more than, which of course was ingrained into us in early schooling.

Our Shield
If we look at it this way we can start to see that our own individual behavior is our shield. The thing in life that will shield us more than anything else from suffering at large is to become aware of our behavior and affect change in areas that ause us harm.

Energy is often spent, money is a type of energy too, + sexual, + creative, + all our expressive outward flow...
Trying to balance that with the inflowing tide is not easy. I'm sure you'll work it out. 1 thing I'd say is, don't have a go at yourself about it mentally, we often do this + bully ourselves. Our energy is ours to spend really.

Can we desolve the mind into the heart and see the clear road?

The voice lives in between the heart and mind, we witness and describe our world accordinly. Can we desolve the mind into the heart and see the clear road?
